1. Event Access

• Your ticket grants you access to the live virtual event on 22–23 January 2026.
• You will receive login details before the event begins.
• Access links are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

2. Recordings and Materials

• All attendees with recording access will receive lifetime access to the session recordings, slides, templates and tools provided by the speakers.
• You may not copy, distribute, republish, share, resell or publicly post any event recordings, slides, templates or internal materials.
• These materials are for your personal use only.

3. Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 100 percent money back guarantee under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Attend or watch all sessions in full.
• Submit your refund request within seven days after the event concludes.
• Explain briefly why the event did not provide value for you.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:

• Are submitted without proof of attendance.
• Are made outside the seven day window.
• Show that the attendee did not watch the sessions in full.

4. Schedule and Speakers

• Speakers, session topics and event timing are subject to change.
• If any adjustments are made, we will update attendees through email.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are final except for refunds approved under the money back guarantee.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct at checkout.

6. Personal Conduct

We want this event to be a positive experience for everyone.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in:

• Harassment or disrespectful behavior,
• Disruptive actions during sessions or Q and A,
• Misuse of event platforms or community spaces.

Removed attendees are not eligible for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All event content, recordings, slides, templates, tools, branding, design and wording belong to

Lead Gen Mastery and the participating speakers.

You may not copy, edit, distribute, repurpose or claim ownership of any material.

8. Technical Requirements

Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection,
• Device compatibility with the event platform,
• Any login credentials required before the event begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lead Gen Mastery is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on the attendee’s side,
• Loss of access due to incorrect email entries or shared login information,
• Any decisions, business actions or outcomes based on event information.
